Refund Policy for Bylo Built

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for services provided by Bylo Built.

 

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of branding and marketing consulting services, most work is customized, time-based, and begins shortly after booking. Because of this, we do not offer automatic refunds once work has started or deliverables have been provided.

 

2. Deposits and Upfront Payments

Deposits are required to reserve project time and begin work. All deposits are non-refundable once work has been scheduled or initiated. Any upfront payments are applied toward the total project cost unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

 

3. Project-Based Work

For branding, consulting, or marketing projects:

  • If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed work or delivered materials.

 

4. Monthly or Ongoing Services (If Applicable)

For recurring services (if offered in the future):

​

  • Clients may cancel at any time with written notice.

  • Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

  • Services will continue through the end of the paid period unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are not typically issued; however, in rare cases, partial refunds or credits may be considered at our sole discretion, such as:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Billing errors caused by Bylo Built

 

Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

6. No Guarantee of Results

Bylo Built provides strategic branding and marketing services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance results, as these depend on many external factors beyond our control.

 

7. Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services and refusal of future work.
